UniversiMedia

Accessibility

Our aim is a college search that families can use with different devices and access needs.

Current approach

The interface uses labeled forms, semantic headings, keyboard-operable controls, text alternatives for images and reduced-motion support where implemented. English and Spanish versions are available. Lists and filters provide an alternative to inspecting the map.

Known limitations

We have not completed an independent accessibility audit and do not claim certified compliance with an accessibility standard. External sites, documents and institution imagery may have limitations outside our control. Some complex map and comparison interactions may need further testing with assistive technology.

Report a barrier

Contact @universimedia using the channels on our About page. Include the page, the task you were trying to complete and, if you wish, the device or assistive technology involved. Do not send passwords or private family information. A dedicated accessibility contact and response commitment remain to be confirmed.
